Elmar Kruithoff, diplompsykolog, autoriseret klinisk psykolog i Danmark og Focusing-koordinator ved The International Focusing Institute i New York.
Han har siden 2011 etableret Inner Relationship Focusing (IRF) i Danmark og bygget Center for Focusing-Kompetencer i Roskilde som dansk hjemsted for traditionen.
Siden 2020 har han arbejdet med at integrere IRF i klinisk EFT-praksis, i samarbejde med Ann Weiser Cornell, IEFT Deutschland og EFT-instituttet i København.
